How to Navigate REZen.
REZen gives you access to many of the systems and resources you will use with Real Broker. Most of the platform is organized through the navigation menu on the left side of the screen. Review each full-size screenshot below so you can recognize the actual REZen interface before you need these tools during an active transaction.

Start With the Left-Side Navigation
The main REZen menu is located along the left side of the platform. Click the area you need to access its functionality. This menu is your starting point for navigating REZen.

Get Help With Leo
Need help while working in REZen? Real provides access to Leo, its AI assistant, through the help area near the top of your profile.

Inbox
Click Inbox to see communications associated with your transactions in one place.

My Transactions
Click My Transactions to view the status of your transactions. This area lets you review transaction activity from one central location.

Click My Office to view your broker's name, photo and contact information. Real also identifies this area as the location for applicable state or provincial banking information.

Click Real Signature to create document templates and send documents for electronic signature.

Click your profile in the lower-left area of REZen whenever you need to return to your agent profile.

You Don't Need to Memorize Everything.
The goal is to understand where the major areas of REZen live and what each one is designed to do. As you begin working transactions, listings and brokerage tasks, navigating REZen will become much more familiar.
