How to Set Up Your REZen Profile.
Once your license has transferred to Real and you are officially active as a Real agent, complete your REZen profile setup. Your profile provides Real with important information about you and also supports portions of your client-facing OneReal.com presence. Follow the actual REZen screens below and review your information carefully before submitting.
Before You Begin
Have These Items Ready.
Gathering your information before you begin makes the REZen setup process much easier.
Professional Photo
Use a Clean, Professional Square Image.
Real recommends a square professional photo, approximately 124 × 124 pixels, for best results. The image may feed into your OneReal.com profile, so choose a current professional headshot.
01
Log In to REZen
Log in to REZen using the email address or username you used when completing your Real application.
02
Click “Let's Start”
Once you log in, REZen will display a message prompting you to begin your profile. Click Let's Start to begin.
03
Upload Your Photo & Bio
Upload your professional photo and enter information about yourself. This information helps the Real team know who you are and may also appear on your client-facing OneReal.com landing page.
04
Enter Your Mailing Address
Enter the mailing address Real should maintain for you. Select Office if you actually work from an office, or Mailing if the address is only used to receive mail. Do not enter Real's corporate office as your own office.

Continue Your REZen Profile
Steps 05–08
Finish your professional details, add your social presence, carefully review the profile and submit your information to Real.
05
Enter Your Professional Information
Enter your title, business phone number, personal phone number, areas of specialization and languages spoken. Real may provide your business number to clients contacting the brokerage about your listings or active transactions. Your personal number is maintained for internal communication with Real and your broker.
06
Add Your Social Media Links
Add your professional social media links if applicable. This step is optional, but it allows clients visiting your OneReal.com profile to find and connect with your professional social accounts.
07
Review & Submit
Carefully review your profile information before submitting it. Confirm your photo, bio, address, professional information and contact details are correct. When everything is accurate, click Submit and confirm by clicking Yes.
08
Welcome to REZen
After your profile is set up, REZen may display a welcome announcement. Review the information or video provided and then click I Acknowledge to continue.
Profile Setup Complete
Your REZen Profile Is Now Established.
You can update your profile information later if something changes. Before considering your Real onboarding complete, however, you still need to finish your Tax & Payment Onboarding and any other items assigned within your REZen onboarding checklist.
Important Next Step
Complete Tax & Payment Onboarding.
Completing your REZen profile does not complete your payment setup. Finish the Tax & Payment Onboarding required by Real so the brokerage has the information necessary to process payments.
