Module 3 Review
Complete the Professional Branding review after all required branding and profile items have been addressed.
Look like part of the team — while still looking like you.
A professional headshot is one of the most frequently used pieces of your real estate brand. It appears on your website, social media, marketing, real estate portals, presentations and client-facing materials. For Coast to Coast Collective, we use a coordinated headshot style so our agents look recognizable as part of one professional brand.
Our agents are presented in black for a clean, elevated and consistent team appearance.
You do not need to schedule an entirely new photography session just to match the C3 look. If you already have a professional headshot you love, send it to us. We can prepare an approved team version that coordinates with the visual style of Coast to Coast Collective.
Start with a strong professional image.
The original photo should already look like you, photograph you professionally and be appropriate for use in your real estate business.
Then we coordinate it with the team.
The finished version maintains the agent's recognizable appearance while bringing the clothing, setting and overall presentation into the Coast to Coast Collective visual style.
What We Want
- A current photo that clearly looks like you.
- Professional lighting and good image quality.
- A clear view of your face with a natural expression.
- A polished image appropriate for client-facing marketing.
- Final C3 imagery coordinated with the team's black wardrobe aesthetic.
What We Don't Want
- Heavy filters or excessive retouching.
- Images that materially change your facial features or appearance.
- Old photographs that no longer accurately represent you.
- Casual snapshots that are not suitable for professional marketing.
- An image that could mislead a client about who they are meeting.
Write a bio people remember — and search engines can understand.
Your professional bio should do more than list credentials. It should quickly tell a potential client who you serve, where you work, what makes you different and why they should feel confident contacting you. A strong bio also gives search engines clear context about your markets, specialties and professional expertise.
Write for the client first. Optimize for search second.
The best real estate bios sound natural, specific and credible. Search optimization should strengthen your message, not turn your bio into a list of city names and repetitive keywords. If it sounds awkward when you read it out loud, rewrite it.
Say who you actually serve.
Avoid generic phrases like “serving all your real estate needs.” Identify your primary markets, the types of clients you work with and the kinds of real estate you know best.
Give people a reason to remember you.
Highlight the experience, background, market knowledge, professional strengths or perspective that differentiates you from thousands of other agents.
Use proof instead of hype.
Specific experience, professional credentials, local knowledge, service philosophy and real accomplishments are stronger than unsupported claims such as “the best agent in the area.”
Let your personality come through.
A bio should still sound like you. Clients are choosing a professional relationship, not reading a corporate résumé. Professional and personable can exist at the same time.
Give Google clear signals about who you are and where you work.
Search engines need context. Your bio can help connect your name with the markets and services you want to be known for, especially when the same information appears consistently across your website, agent profiles and other trusted real estate platforms.
A Simple Bio Formula
Specific beats generic.
Instead of: “Jane Smith is a dedicated real estate professional
committed to helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams.”
Try: “Jane Smith is a Northeast Florida real estate agent serving
buyers and sellers throughout St. Johns County, St. Augustine and
the Jacksonville area, with a focus on relocation, coastal living
and residential home sales. Known for clear communication and a
detail-driven approach, Jane helps clients navigate each decision
with local market insight and a strategy built around their goals.”
Make your Zillow profile work for your professional brand.
Zillow is often one of the first places a consumer will encounter your name online. Your profile should immediately reinforce the same professional identity you are building everywhere else — your C3 headshot, approved bio, correct brokerage information, service areas, specialties, reviews and sales history should all tell one consistent story.
You must be connected to the Coast to Coast Collective team on Zillow.
Every C3 agent maintains an individual Zillow profile, but your profile must also be connected to the Coast to Coast Collective Zillow team. This allows your individual professional presence to remain visible while also connecting your profile, reviews and sales activity to the team's larger online presence.
If you have not received a Zillow team invitation, contact admin@coasttocoast.luxury. The C3 team administrator will send the invitation from Zillow. You must then accept the invitation through your Zillow account.
What Your Zillow Profile Should Include
Before marking this section complete, review each of the following areas of your Zillow profile and make sure your information is current, professional and consistent with your C3 branding.
Professional Headshot
Use your approved C3 professional headshot so consumers see consistent imagery across Zillow, the C3 website and your other professional profiles.
Approved Professional Bio
Add the professional bio you completed in the previous section. Keep your service areas, specialties and professional positioning consistent.
Correct Brokerage Information
Verify your brokerage information is accurate and reflects Real Broker / Real Broker, LLC as required for your state and brokerage profile.
Service Areas
Identify the primary cities and communities where you actively conduct business. Focus on markets you genuinely know and serve.
Professional Specialties
Select specialties that accurately represent your business, including relevant areas such as relocation, luxury, waterfront, new construction, first-time buyers or investment property.
Contact & Social Information
Review your phone number, website and available professional social links. Keep your contact information consistent across your major online profiles.
Reviews
Build your review history over time. A complete profile with authentic client reviews gives potential clients additional confidence when researching you online.
Past Sales & Active Listings
Review the transactions and listings associated with your profile. Your sales history helps demonstrate real market experience and should be as complete and accurate as possible.
Step-by-Step: Complete Your Zillow Profile
Complete these steps in order. Zillow may occasionally adjust menu names or screen placement, but the profile information and team connection should still be completed.
Sign in to your Zillow professional account.
Go to Zillow and sign in using the account associated with your real estate business. If you are creating a new account, register as an industry professional and then create your agent profile.
Open your Agent Profile.
From your Zillow account, open your profile or Agent Hub and navigate to your professional profile settings. Review each editable section before moving forward.
Replace your profile photo.
Upload your approved C3 professional headshot. Do not use a casual photograph, outdated photo, selfie, logo or heavily filtered image.
Add your approved professional bio.
Paste in the professional bio completed in the previous C3 section. Make sure your name, core markets, specialties and professional positioning remain consistent.
Verify your professional information.
Review your brokerage, license information, phone number, website and other professional details. Correct anything that is outdated or inconsistent with your current business.
Add your service areas and specialties.
Select the cities, communities and specialties that accurately reflect your business. Do not add markets simply for visibility if you do not actively serve them.
Review your listings and sales history.
Open the listings area of Agent Hub and confirm your active listings are associated with your profile. Review your sales history for accuracy and claim or correct transactions when appropriate.
Accept your Coast to Coast Collective team invitation.
Zillow team membership is initiated by the team leader or administrator. Watch for the Zillow invitation sent to the email associated with your profile and accept the invitation. Your profile should then show your association with Coast to Coast Collective.
View your profile as a consumer.
Do not stop at the editing screen. Open your public Zillow profile and look at it the way a potential buyer or seller would. Check your photo, bio, brokerage, service areas, reviews, sales and team affiliation.
Your Zillow profile should now have:
Complete your Realtor.com profile and strengthen your digital footprint.
Your Realtor.com profile is another major search result potential clients may see when they research your name. A complete profile reinforces your professional identity, helps consumers understand your experience and gives you another opportunity to showcase your markets, sales, reviews and expertise.
Your Realtor.com profile should look like the same professional they just saw on Zillow, Google and Coast to Coast.
Use your approved C3 headshot, approved professional bio, accurate brokerage information and the same professional name, markets and specialties used across your other profiles. Consistency helps consumers recognize you and strengthens the overall authority of your professional presence online.
What Your Realtor.com Profile Should Include
Treat this as a client-facing marketing page — not simply an account you created years ago and forgot about. Review every section that Realtor.com makes available to you.
Approved C3 Headshot
Replace old, casual or inconsistent photography with your approved C3 professional headshot.
Approved Professional Bio
Use the professional bio approved in the previous C3 section. Maintain the same positioning, markets and specialties.
Professional Name
Use the same professional name you use on your website, Zillow, brokerage profiles and professional social accounts.
Brokerage Information
Verify that your brokerage, license and professional information are accurate and properly reflect your affiliation with Real.
Markets & Expertise
Accurately represent the areas you serve, your experience and specialties so consumers quickly understand where and how you work.
Experience & Education
Complete the available professional experience, education, certifications and credential fields that accurately apply to you.
Ratings & Reviews
Review your existing ratings and continue building authentic client reviews as your business grows.
Sales & Listings
Review the sales and listing activity connected to your profile and make sure the information accurately represents your business.
Step-by-Step: Complete Your Realtor.com Profile
Realtor.com may periodically move or rename dashboard controls. Focus on completing each profile element rather than relying on the exact location of a menu button.
Claim or access your professional profile.
Sign in to the Realtor.com PRO dashboard. If you have never claimed your professional profile, follow Realtor.com's prompts to locate and claim the profile associated with your professional information.
Open your profile management area.
Navigate to your professional profile or profile management section and review the information currently displayed to consumers.
Upload your approved C3 headshot.
Replace outdated or inconsistent imagery with your approved Coast to Coast Collective professional headshot.
Add your approved professional bio.
Use the bio you completed and submitted during the previous C3 branding section. Keep your professional name, markets, specialties and positioning consistent.
Verify your brokerage and contact information.
Review your brokerage affiliation, license information, phone number, email, website and other professional details. Correct anything that is outdated or inconsistent.
Complete your experience and expertise.
Add relevant experience, education, certifications, specialties and professional information available within your profile. Only include information that is accurate and current.
Review your sales and listing activity.
Check the transaction and listing information displayed on your profile. Make sure the activity associated with your name accurately reflects your professional history.
Review and begin building your reviews.
Review the ratings and reviews currently displayed on your profile. Continue requesting authentic feedback from clients following completed transactions according to C3 and brokerage standards.
Verify your Coast to Coast Collective connection.
Review your public profile for your current brokerage and team information. Where Realtor.com provides team affiliation or team-profile functionality for your account, make sure your association with Coast to Coast Collective is correctly represented.
View your profile as a consumer.
Open your public Realtor.com profile outside the editing dashboard. Review the page from a client's perspective and confirm that your photo, bio, experience, sales, reviews, brokerage and contact information look polished and accurate.
Your Realtor.com profile should now have:
Complete your Coast to Coast Collective website profile in Lofty.
Your Coast to Coast Collective website profile is one of the most important pieces of your professional digital presence. This is where clients visiting the team website can learn who you are, how to contact you, where you work and why they should choose you.
Your Lofty profile powers your presence throughout the C3 website.
Your profile should use your approved C3 headshot, approved professional bio, accurate contact information, MLS information and current professional details.
The goal is consistency. Someone who finds you through Zillow, Realtor.com, social media or the Coast to Coast Collective website should immediately recognize the same professional brand.
What Your C3 Website Profile Should Include
Review every available profile field. Do not leave important information incomplete simply because the field is technically optional.
Approved C3 Headshot
Use the professional headshot completed and approved earlier in this module.
Approved Professional Bio
Use your finalized C3 professional bio so your positioning, markets and messaging remain consistent.
Full Professional Name
Confirm your name appears exactly as you want consumers to see it across C3 marketing and professional platforms.
Phone & Email
Make sure both are current, professional and the contact methods you actively monitor.
MLS Agent ID
Enter the correct MLS Agent ID for each applicable MLS so Lofty can properly associate your listing activity with your profile.
Markets & Service Areas
Accurately represent the areas where you conduct business and have genuine local market knowledge.
Social Media Links
Add professional social profiles where available and confirm every URL leads to the correct account.
Professional Details
Complete any additional C3 website fields that apply to your experience, specialties, languages, credentials or business.
Step-by-Step: Update Your Profile in Lofty
Complete your personal CRM profile first. Your information can then be used for the Coast to Coast Collective website profile inside Lofty's CMS.
Sign in to your Lofty account.
Log into the Lofty CRM using your Coast to Coast Collective agent account.
Open Personal Settings.
Navigate to CRM → Personal Settings → Profile. This is your core Lofty agent profile.
Upload your approved C3 headshot.
Replace any previous image with the professional headshot approved in the first section of this module.
Add your approved professional bio.
Paste your finalized C3 bio into the applicable profile or About section. Keep the wording consistent with your other major professional platforms.
Complete your professional information.
Review your full name, phone number, email, license information and any additional profile fields available to you.
Add your MLS Agent ID.
Enter the correct MLS Agent ID for each applicable MLS. This is important because Lofty uses the ID to associate your listings and professional activity with your agent profile.
Save your profile changes.
Review your information for spelling, capitalization and accuracy, then save your changes.
Make sure your profile is available to the C3 website.
Lofty uses the Allow CMS Import setting to determine whether an agent can be imported into the website CMS. If your profile is not appearing on the Coast to Coast Collective website, contact the C3 admin team so this setting and your website profile can be verified.
Confirm your C3 website profile.
Once your profile is connected, open your public agent profile on the Coast to Coast Collective website. Review it exactly as a potential client would see it.
Report anything that needs correction.
If information is missing, your profile is not appearing, or something cannot be edited from your own account, email the C3 admin team for assistance.
Need to see the process on screen?
Lofty maintains its current training recordings and website tutorials through its official training system. Because Lofty regularly updates its CRM and CMS interface, use the current Lofty training library rather than relying on an old walkthrough.
Your C3 website profile should now have:
Know the rules before you publish.
Professional branding is only effective when it is compliant. Every advertisement, social media profile, marketing piece, website and public-facing representation of your real estate business must follow Real Broker requirements and the applicable advertising laws and regulations for the state or province where you are licensed.
Real Broker's state and province compliance resources are your official source for current branding and advertising guidance.
Florida agents can review the complete Real Broker Florida Compliance Portal directly in this module below.
Agents licensed outside Florida should use the State & Province Resources button to locate the compliance requirements that apply to their individual market.
Requirements can change. Do not rely solely on an old template, saved social post or another agent's marketing. When there is a conflict between an older C3 example and current brokerage guidance, the current Real Broker compliance requirement controls.
Pay Special Attention To:
Use your applicable Real compliance portal as the source of truth for exact current requirements. These are the major areas you should review whenever you build or update your professional brand.
Brokerage Identification
Make sure Real Broker is identified correctly anywhere the brokerage name or logo is required.
Team Branding
Coast to Coast Collective branding must be presented in a way that complies with Real and the requirements of the state or province where you are advertising.
Social Media Profiles
Review your profile name, bio, brokerage identification, contact information and advertising content for compliance.
Marketing Materials
Business cards, flyers, signs, digital ads, listing graphics, videos and other marketing should follow current approved branding and disclosure requirements.
Logos & Brand Assets
Use current approved logo files and follow any rules regarding size, placement, spacing and brokerage identification.
State-Specific Requirements
Never assume a template approved in one state or province is automatically compliant somewhere else. Always verify the rules that apply to your license and advertising market.
Real Broker · Florida Compliance Portal
Florida agents should review the official portal below. You can scroll through the Real Broker resources directly from this C3 training page.
If you are licensed outside Florida, use the Find Another State button below to locate the correct state or province resources.
You should now understand:
One Brand.
One Standard.
Coast to Coast Collective should look and feel consistent everywhere it appears. Use the approved colors, logos and visual standards in this section for your C3 marketing, social profiles, presentations and digital materials. Always use the approved assets provided here rather than recreating or modifying the brand yourself.
Consistency is part of the client experience.
Our brand is designed to feel polished, modern, coastal and elevated. The blue family carries the visual weight, charcoal grounds the system, silver adds premium detail, and Mist keeps light layouts clean. Throughout the blocks below, use the approved logo variation that provides the strongest contrast for the background you are working with.
Approved Color Palette
These seven colors make up the approved Coast to Coast Collective palette. Keep the HEX values exactly as shown so marketing materials remain consistent across agents, markets and platforms. The blue family carries the visual weight, charcoal grounds the system, Metallic Silver adds premium detail, and Mist provides a clean light background.
Deep Water and Ocean Slate are the primary brand foundation for dark layouts. Coastal Blue and Sea Glass should support the design rather than overpower it. Metallic Silver is a premium detail color, while Mist is the preferred light background. Avoid introducing unrelated blues, grays or accent colors into C3 materials.
Workvivo Profile.

Do Not Guess at Brokerage or Licensing Information
If a field contains brokerage, licensing, legal, tax or other official information that you believe is incorrect but cannot edit yourself, do not replace it with an assumption. Use the appropriate Real Broker support channel to have the information reviewed and corrected.
C3 REZen Profile Standards
Your REZen profile should now be reviewed, current and accurate.
Before marking this section complete, confirm that you have reviewed your profile information and identified any items that require correction or assistance from Real Broker.
